I could not get a good price and time to install (2-3 days) I wanted. My friend recommended G-Store. I phoned Dion at G-Store and asked for a price and when he could install the unit ( I requested to install by the next day). After he made some phone calls, Dion promised to deliver the unit yesterday afternoon and install by 8.00 AM the following day ( today- 5/1/2016). With my very bad experience with other companies in the past, I was sceptical Dion could keep his promise. By 4.00 PM yesterday, a delivery man brought the unit and 7.50 AM today a plumber came to install the unit….. A GREAT service with a good price.. I wish I could have known G-Store earlier…. I had tried several plumbers and electricians about fixing a pump for our water tank bought at the G-Store many years ago – all told me it was useless and I’d need to buy a new one as it would be too expensive to fix. I rang the G-Store in Malvern to get prices on a new one, but instead, Callum asked why the old one wasn’t working as it was a good model. He diagnosed the fault, and gave me information (in plain non-techie english) allowing me to easily fix the pump myself in about 3 minutes. He cost the store a sale, but made an already happy customer even happier, and more than willing to recommend your store to anyone. Thanks guys – that’s really superior service.

Mark from G-Store was quickest to respond to my request for a quote and throughout the process was highly responsive and helpful. I ended up with 8 Ben Q panels with Enphase micro inverters at a very competitive price. Installation was very quick – about a week from signing the deal. Installers arrived at the crack of dawn ie about 7am and worked consistently and efficiently to complete in about half a day. They also replaced my old fuse board for a new RCD one, again at an extremely competitive price. I went for high end panels with micro inverters after consulting with Mark about my needs. I am interested in battery storage in the future when this becomes economic and micro inverters will allow me to up-scale the system easily at that point. They also have several efficiency and safety advantages. Throughout, I found Mark not only very knowledgeable but also genuinely enthusiastic about solar power generally and he gave me loads of advice which helped us to decide on our final choice of array. Since installation, about two weeks ago, the array has been pumping out more kWhs than I expected and overall we are very happy with the product and the service we received from G-Store. The other advantage of G-Store for me is that they also sell associated systems such as hot water heat pumps which will allows for a total “joined up” household energy system – very useful for future energy efficiency upgrades.

After getting quotes from several suppliers of solar PV systems, the quote from Matthew Russell at G-Store was the best, so we decided to go to the store and meet with Matt, he was very easy to work with and the in-store display of panels helped us in deciding on the final system we would purchase. We ordered a 7.68 KW system using 24 LG 320w Black Neon2 panels with Enphase microinverters. On the designated installation date, the installers arrived early and the install was completed by 3:30 that afternoon, very quick considering the extra work required to connect to our 3 Phase supply.
